Returns

• You have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.

• To request a return, please contact us at britkitchen@fastmail.com before sending your item back.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., used kitchen accessories) cannot be returned unless faulty.
